Steven's surgery

Steven goes into surgery today at Noon. He will be in surgery for 3-4 hours. Please keep us in your prayers. Pray for God to be in the hands of Dr. Bolding and his team. Pray for no complications. Pray for peace for Devin and I while we wait. Pray for a swift recovery. Also please pray that Steven will be able to catch up with his classes easily. He will miss at least a week of school and then probably start back half days.
the surgery will move his bottom jaw forward. Re-align his upper jaw and implant a small piece in his chin. I picked up all eight, yes eight, of his medications yesterday. We were given syringes to administer the meds and to feed him. Yiks! Steven is going into this with an awesome attitude. He should breeze through it all. And once again we have wonderful, wonderful professionals surrounding us. Steven's orthodontist told me to call at anytime with questions or if there is a problem. I am grateful at how accessible our doctors are. We are truly blessed.
