Time flies by

Time goes by so quickly. I ran into a neighbor today and realized I hadn't seen or probably even spoken to them in at least a year. Maybe as long as three years. How does this happen? We talked about our kids. I told them about Kristen. They were shocked. Rightly so. What is happening in our neighborhoods? Are we so busy that we can't take a moment to walk across the street and say hello? I for one am going to make more of an effort to be neighborly. To be the one to reach out. Maybe I will make some Holiday goodies to share.
