Mr. Golden Sun!

The weather this week has been absolutely perfect. I heated up the pool and have spent every afternoon outside. I've done my water aerobics (jumping around like a fool) and soaked up the sun while reading a book. My idea of heaven! I work on my tan, get fit, and just enjoy the beautiful weather.

Do you ever think about what gives you pleasure? I think I wait all year for those moments out by the pool. Devin teases me because I don't turn on the music outside. I just like the sound of the birds, the wind in the trees, even the sound of lawns being mowed. It completely clears my head.

Our days get so busy that sometimes we forget to take the time to do something for ourselves. Take a walk, read a book, work in your garden, or toss a ball around with your kids.
