Stunned

As I was checking my email today, I had an update from a CaringBridge site that I follow. It mentioned the loss of a sweet guy named Seth. Seth was 8 and was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in September of 2009. I was stunned. As parents we live in hope that our child will be cured. But sometimes that just isn't the case. I don't even pretend to imagine how Seth's family feels in this moment. After all, my baby is 21 not 8. She hopefully will be successfully treated with this next transplant. In honor of Seth and all the others that struggle with this horrific disease please support the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
